After a fun but hectic holiday season, and after a month of rain and fog, my kids were ready to get out there and play!  Peekaboo Pattern Shop’s Play Date V-Neck Tee was perfect for both of my kids!

We headed over to Story Land at City Park.  It’s one of our favorite places to play (I even have fond memories from when I was about their ages!).

Their V-Neck tees were perfect for this mild day.  The pattern has just the right amount of easy so it’s not baggy,  but not constricting when they’re running or climbing or being spit out of the dragon slide!

The V-Neck binding was easier than I expected and the photo instructions really helped it come together very quickly!  The pattern features short sleeve and long sleeve.  And I’m totally in love with the ruffle hem option for my daughter!

Pair the Play Date V-Neck Tee with short, jeans, or jeggings and you’ll have the most comfy outfit for a perfect play date!  My kids both asked to wear these two days in a row – that’s a big deal!

Want to win a free copy of this pattern?!  Go to my V-Neck Tee post on the Peekaboo Pattern Shop Facebook Page.  In the comments on that post, let me know where you and your family love to play!  Amy will pick one winner on Wednesday, January 25th — Good Luck and Happy Sewing!

  1. Kasey, what a great place to play and great clothes to play in! I love seeing patterns that I don’t have featured in posts like this. They make me think I just MIGHT need another pattern. I hope I win. 🙂
